Cancellation Policy
To enjoy your full LOTUS beauty experience please be on time as all services are reserved for a specific time slot. No additional guest are allowed. As a courtesy appointment reminders are sent out in advanced. Late appointment are permitted a 10 minute grace period. Anything after the grace period is subject to a late cancellation where fees are applied. Any cancellations, reschedules or no show within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the total service cost. To avoid any unnecessary fees please cancel or reschedule your service in advanced. Should you have any issues with your initial appointment please contact us within our 72-hours satisfaction policy. LOTUS LASH BAR LLC. reserves the right to refuse any service. Refunds are not provided for services or gift cards. Any and all fees are non refundable + non transferable.
